This is amazing stuff!!! We use our own Music variety of garlic to make our black garlic. Raw garlic goes through a fermentation process that takes around 20 days. The result – a soft textured clove, darkened by the process with a sweet, umami, molassasy, to die for flavor. This product will amplify any dish you use it in. I like to smear it on a cracker with a little brie cheese, heaven!
