If you like heat and sweet, this is for you! This jam is made with organic peppers grown on the farm cooked down with organic apple cider vinegar, then combined with organic sugar. The hot and sweet create a magical flavor. We like to top brie or cream cheese then bake it for a warm, creamy, spicy topping for crackers or a nice crostini. Great on wings or as a glaze on roast chicken.
